Hello, Just wanted to say that Neil C is an absolute asset to your team. I took my children in to get different sizes for their shoes as they were too small when I ordered online. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the right sizes. He had a wonderful personality aswell. Thanks Neil!
The staff seemed disinterested in helping. One staff member even told us the names of two different shoe models, and then told us to go find it on the wall, and left us to our own devices. From all three staff we spoke to, we got a firm "good luck, you're on your own" vibe. If you want any help at all, skip this store and go to their North Lakes or Chermside stores instead.
A nice shop with great products. Not the cheapest place but they had Garmin Fenix watches on sale so I popped in and purchased one. Great service, clean and well laid out store. I will return.

Today I made a quick trip to Rebel Sport Morayfield, they did not have what I needed so I left. Shortly after I was approached by a security and police officer in the shopping center hall and made to humiliatingly empty the contents of my bag in front of allot of other shoppers. Because an item purchased in another store had set the beeper off. At no point did any Rebel staff member ask to check my bag instead they chose to put a regular and honest customer through a very rude and humiliating experience. If your staff do not have the decency or courage to ask a customer to check their bag they should not be employed. They have lost my business.
Went to Rebel today for a new pair of runners for 20km road runs, spoke to staff member named Daniel, super helpful with the decision and even recommended which socks to go with too, happy with my purchases, Daniel's service and the rebel team.
Went in. Had nothing in my sizes for the items I wanted. Was encouraged to go online with a free delivery voucher. Helpful staff, but might not have what you want. And free delivery voucher ended up charging me a delivery fee
Was served by Lyn at counter and it was a pleasure to have someone who actually cared about my enquiry and spent time to assist. Something I do not experience often. When companies are only as good as their staff Lyn made Rebel Sports shine! Good job!
I've been a regular customer for quite sometime at rebel in various locations across QLD and Morayfield would have to be the absolute WORST for customer service and friendliness. So many times I have walked out and gone elsewhere to buy my equipment and shoes. I have dealt with almost everyone who works here and I have not found one person who is happy to help. Everyone is either rude or to busy standing around in a group having a laugh and a chat amongst themselves. I will also be submitting a serious complaint to head office in regards to a seperate matter. I won't be shopping with Rebel anymore.
