staff are rude and ignorant, product purchased was overpriced for the quality of the product. Would never have bought the chicken coup had I known the quality and damage inside the box, could not be bothered to take apart to put it back in the box for return. There was none on display to look at.

For the past 10 years plus this has been my go to store until today -  absolutely shocking customer service - rude and incompetent! its gone massively downhill. These staff should not be in retail if they don't wish to deal with customers....

I agree with many of the other comments here.  I too found the staff to be quite rude, no greeting or anything.  It really would not hurt to crack a smile, or just a "hello",  seriously, it is just common sense.  Also, only TWO staff on in the whole place.  One was busy stacking shelves that were already filled to the brim! and one at the checkout clocking up time as a snail!  Deliberately,  slow. As mentioned in another post, I agree, if you don't like working there, get another job!

I would just like to thank the assistant manager Nikki and the staff for everything as I believe they do more than is required of them with their helpfulness and kind support in decision making processes for my assistance dog Milos needs. Thankyou so much and have a great day.

Petbarn is the best place to go for your fur babies they have everything there great quality and great prices the staff are so helpful and are all dedicated to animals .

Misleading advertising. Received email stating "Buy one item get the second half price". I clicked through to their website and price of the item was $113.  I then went into store and had I purchased the one item only I would have also paid $113.  For the offer however they based the pricing on the so called RRP of $150 bringing the total price to almost exactly the same as if I were to buy 2 items individually $225 vs $226 ....  WOW, 50% off the second item saves me a whole $1.   I will not be buying from them again. Forget about buying local, there are plenty of other online retailers which will deliver to your door for a whole lot cheaper without resorting to manipulating sales techniques.

Stood at the counter with another person waiting behind me while the guy with the snake tattoo had a great chat with his mum on the company phone, planning their evening. Time and place. And that time and place is not when you have customers waiting. When he finished his phone conversation, he simply said "I was just chatting to my mum". Yeah, I gathered that from how loudly you finished the call with "love you too mum". I manage a tourism venue and that would not fly woth my staff. Feel free to have a chat with your friends and family in the back office when someone else is watching the counter.  This isn't the only reason Petbarn Morayfield is receiving a negative review. Every time I have been served in this store, the middle age women working there couldn't be ruder. No 'hello'. They never smile. Just scan my products, demand a phone number for their membership program and never say thanks or bye. If you hate working there so much, why not look for another job?

Dont even bother going to this pet barn they dont price match , had to go to the other pet barn and had NO problems with them..

Cody from the Petbarn team did absolutely amazing for my anxious little guy and myself. Took my dog in for a harness fitting and he not only helped us find the best fitting harness, he also survived a few little nips and was willing to keep trying despite my dog's anxiety. He also helped us find something for his anxiety which has already been an immense help. He was so lovely, patient, and best of all, knowledgeable. I left there knowing I got the best products for my little guy.
