Stupid evil people,harming animals for money, I went past today and saw a puppy all alone very sick . He wasn't moving hardly even breathing, if you work there tell your boss that I will do what I can to get that shop shut down 😡😡😡

The staff are largely unknowledable and only interested in making money. The guinea-pigs don't even have any hay! Also the two guinea-pigs I have gotten from here have a variety of health issues.

After buying a puppy from Pets for life at Morayfield just before Christmas I was given the guarantee that if anything was to go wrong with the pups health within the first 7 days, that they would assist in paying for the bill. I had my girl for not 24hours when I discovered she had a 20 cent piece sized sore on her back. I took her to the vet straight away and was told that she had ring worm. The vet did a fungal test to confirm so I could let the pet shop know incase her siblings had it as well. I didnt contact the store until I had the vet confirmation and proof (receipt) that she did in fact have ring worm and after multiple times of going into the store and asking for a manager for her to not be there every time, left my name and number EVERY time to be told she would ring me, and I gave copies of the receipts and I am still yet to hear back. Extremely unhappy with my experience.
