The lady behind the counter has been working there for 25 years and I believe she's put her heart and soul into this place.  It has a large selection of absolutely everything with more bird cages then you could ever want and a large selection of fish tanks as well.  The quality of stock is a bit of a shambles as some looks second hand and some looks new which is not a problem for me.  A large collection of animals from chickens to rats some goldfish as well.  Last time I was there shop looked in better shape I feel like it's just too much for two staff to handle and a good wipe down of all the shelves and a good dusting could make the place look a lot better.

Just walked in, asked hour much a chook was told me $30, came back to counter to ask how much by saying “sorry how much was the silky bantom” all I got was “I’m on the phone” 10/10 on how to treat customers wanting to spend money baha

Feed and fowl bedding is affordable, but feeders, bird cages, etc are very over-priced and always dirty. Customer service is unfriendly.

Just bought a mid size dog bed from this place. Wanted a mid size bed quickly after my border ate his old one. $69.90 on the card on a bed retailing on the net at under $20.  First time in and last time. Ripped off.

This is the place to go for all pet and farm animal needs it's got everything especially the hard to find stuff. Everything in one shop food,worming flee,pet jackets and beds collars leads. Karen is fantastic and will help u find what u need‍

Purchased 2 mice here for $10 each. One died a few days later! I googled it and asked rodent experts online and they said it would have been sick. Not happy at all. Waste of $20 cause now I don’t know if the other one will die as well.

Full of lovely birds and other animals. Staff are very nice and love to chat with them and give me advice about new birds. The budgies and cockatiels are very happy and you can get a wide supply of pet products here.

Fantastic Pet supply store with a great range of toys foods cages and kennels Plus some of the happiest birds for sale Staff are extremely nice caring and honest They also have cheap sugar cane mulch 10/5
