Always good service, quick to reply to emails and followed up with phone calls. Got a picatinny rail thrown in for free on my rifle. Highly recommended.

Because of the long overseas trip, I was in need to sell my pistol in a hurry. The shop attendant at Caboolture Firearms yelled at me, and in angry manner complained why knowing about trip I did not sell pistol earlier by myself. They having limited knowledge about firearms complained alleged safety of my firearm and his lack of knowledge covered by mentoring and bulling, no respect to customers. I left their shop disappointed and humiliated. Half an hour latter I sold my pistol at Cleaver Firearms in friendly atmosphere and on price I would afford. I strongly do not recommended this unfriendly and not professional service at Caboolture Firearms.
