I have to thank Laurie and his team for being so patient, flooring is a big investment and I'm cautious. They took the time, every time I visited the store to answer all my questions about the products I was interested in. Functionality is very important to me so I absolutely had to have the right product in the right place. Your guidance was invaluable. Big THANK YOU guys!

Alleys Carpet and Tile Court recently re-carpeted our home and really did a great job. Laurie gave us a couple of ideas, one of which worked out perfectly. The carpet and layers arrive on time, did a great job at a more than reasonable price and tidied up as they left. We'd thoroughly recommend Laurie and his team.

A big thanks to Laurie and the team. Very much appreciated your instore service (ie. no hard sell, plenty of product info and options) and the next day measure and qoute. Price was 20 percent less than the other local competitors for same products which was fantastic. Installation of both timber flooring and carpet was on time and the finish was very professional. Overall a great result and a very positive experience. Cheers Karen and Ron
