This company seemed so good, locally owned, not a franchise and good product with Joy laying it on, so polite and friendly. To be fair I had vinyl planking put down, paid up front for the product. instructed to pay the layers cash on the day for the laying. That is were it all ended, I wasn't happy with the laying and have tried time and time again to get Jon to come and have a look. Phone calls and emails, 4 weeks later still no visit to check the floor. Watch out for the charm and bull#*>#. No after sale service at all.

What a lovely experience, to deal with such an organized and helpful business. Not only did we receive a more than affordable quote but they completely worked around my busy schedule and timely requirements. They were very informative and helped educate me on my choices. Joy was fantastic in meeting my needs. We now have a very elegant and plush carpet. From the moment i made that phone call i was very happy with the service. If i need flooring in the future i will be a returning customer and i will recommend you to anyone with flooring needs. Thank you again fast carpets for being so very accommodating. Dear Joy, Just to let you know about the young chap ( I forget his name so I will call him Whatshisname) that installed our carpet on Saturday 25th July. Whatshisname has done an excellent job and we are most grateful he took care of our newly painted walls and skirting boards. Whatshisname was very pleasant and well mannered. Whatshisname even refused a tea break until the job was fully completed. Please pass onto Whatshisname, our heartfelt thanks. We are greatly impressed with the recommendations by your sales staff to carpet we chose and will recommend acquaintances to the quality of your products and the expert installer Whatshisname. ps I think Whatshisname should have an increase in in his remuneration rates. kind regards Deb & Larry

Knowledgeable and helpful! Fabulous quality carpet at a truly good price. Recarpeted our 4 bedrooms prior to going on the market and no-one could beat the price for the quality! The layers turned up on time, asked for clarification prior to doing some tricky areas (rather than just ploughing on) and were courteous and efficient. I won't bother going anywhere else for floorcoverings for our new house.

one of the worst companys i have used and wouldnt recommend ever even to my worst enemy. advised that due to having small house and loads of stuff could only do one room at at time. first carpet turned up and fitted. waiting in all next day for them... started calling at lunch time to see what was happening as i had emptied main bedroom out ..."i will see where they are" rang back an hour later ... cant get in touch ... rang back again , " ill give you a ring once ive spoken to them ... i had to ring the next day ... oh i got confussed even tho was very clear about it all .. said they would be able to do it tuesday ... asked if i could just come up and get the carpet and arrnage for someone else to fit it ... no its cut and with the fitters ... fitters turned up with the wrong room carpet... they then spent 40 mins trying to find out what has happened and the carpet didn't exist... no contact from these people... not even an apology... week later fone call to say carpets in and asked when id like if fitted ... advised weds and was told someone would call ... guess what no call ... turned up this morning lucky i was in ... have to say i cant fault the fitters they were great and helped move a couple of things left in the room .
