The birds were in very poor conditions, some with fresh injuries. When this was seen we notified the staff/owner directly as we wanted to buy the affected birds rescue however were then yelled at and told to leave the store. Extremely rude and unprofessional but again the worst of all was the conditions the birds were in. Very very dirty, when reported to RSPCA was then informed that this business is very well known to them.

Bird are kept in small cages and look very stressed and unhealthy. Staff are nice in person, but not over the phone. The store states clearly "no photos" which I think says a lot more about the store than anything else.

Wide variety of birds and accessories, reasonable prices and friendly staff. This is one of the best bird stores in Brisbane. Is permanently closed now as of 18 jun 2019.

this place is not only in the worst possible condition for the birds, the baby i purchased from there was infected with beak and feather disease. she was in the cage with a sign that said "10 WEEKS OLD $40 EACH", she was ONLY 4 weeks old, not weined properly, still eating out of a syringe. simply because these careless people shoved her in a cage ASSUMING she was 10 weeks old, she was not eating, which caused her to be extremely underweight. she was attacked in the cage with the other birds that under her wings was all torn apart. she was infested with fleas and mites and had the extreme case of worms. this means that no worming, mite or lice products are being given to the birds in this store. which ALSO means that they are showing extreme cases of animal neglect. THIS PLACE IS APPALING AND BEYOND DISGUSTING. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE.  and when i called to tell them this, their response was, sorry, we buy from breeders.  SHOULD THIS PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS NOT BE DOING TESTS ON ALL ANIMALS AND/OR MAKING SURE ALL BIRDS ARE IN SELLABLE CONDITION SO THAT PEOPLE THAT BUY THESE BEAUTIFUL CREATURES DONT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE HEART ACHE WHEN THEY DIE.  IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE WITH - 00000 STARS, I WOULD.

Their macaw isnt ept 8n the best conditions. He has no where to fly. And his feather co dition is poor. I have never seen any birds getting fruit or veg which they need..

Great service, great prices. Experienced staff in all things feathered, very friendly. Lots of quality parrots. I'll keep shopping with them.

I think this is the best place to get great quality birds I have been coming here for years an every time I step in the Door they always have something new an always a bargain on prices ddefinitely rate this a 5 star , staff are great.  Stacy

I have been in there a couple of times just to spend time waiting for my doctors appointment.it is so hot in there and they have a few fans going.big deal.they feed them greens somedays.never any fruit or soaked seed.people go into the shop to buy birds.i dont see a copy of the national parks and recretional licence displayed anywhere in the store.the have a lot of australian birds in there.i have seen people buy australian birds  and never seen a movement advise being filled out in my time i have been in there.i could probably give them 1 as for the variety of birds that they do keep in there.still too dear for my likings.

Beautiful birds. Staff were very helpful and informative.  Weren't pushy. Had the birds best interests at heart.

Great very friendly, brought birds from them a couple of times very happy
