At Allpets Caboolture District Animal Hospital, the focus of the entire team is to provide you with the highest quality pet care, with a personal, caring approach that meets, and exceeds, the needs of both you and your pets.

Story

We are open 7 days a week and are open most public holidays. We are a small animal only hospital and are happy to see you and your pet for anything from routine annual health checks to unwell pets.

For your convenience, all consultations are by appointment, which helps undue time delays for you and your pet. Of course, all emergencies during business hours are seen to immediately and our veterinary nurses will advise clients with appointments of any subsequent delays.

The staff who work at Allpets are Amazing caring compassionate people , My Molly had to have a C section and had 6 puppies unfortunately one of the puppies had cleft palate and I was unable to look after her the way she needed , but a lovely lady who works at the vet has taken the puppie and saved her life , after a very emotional day thinking this puppy would not survive I couldn't of asked for a better outcome now knowing the pup is 2 weeks old and doing well I am so grateful to her
We were given an emergency appointment within 1 hour of calling. Staff and vet were very caring, thorough and friendly with my precious and slightly scared pup.
Required a shot for my dog for his allergies, something that happens 4-5 times a year for the past few years. We booked in with Allpets as our standard vet was unavailable. They messed up the shot, needle came out nearly bent in half. Vet was not sure it had been injected correctly. Apparently the method of testing is to touch the wet fur which is also covered in a cleaning alcohol, and then taste it, this scientific method is apparently able to decipher that the injection went OK. We were told to just see how he goes, Thanks for the $180.00. Anyway, it didn't work. My dogs still in the middle of a flare up, this always immediately stops him from itching as bad and then a couple of days later the inflammation goes down neither of these have happened. Was advised they could get some cream and antibiotics as they didn't want to inject more medicine. When I arrived I was told that we are required to pay for these medicines. I told them I'd just wait a couple of more days to monitor our pup to be sure it has not worked has not been injected and would be in touch to get the shot again. Now they want us to pay another $180.00? This isn't good enough. Your customer services is terrible, your vets obviously aren't adequate either. Why do I need to cough up more money for your mistake? No other business can re charge the paying customer for doing sub standard work or effectively just doing nothing in the first place.
Obedience classes good, life membership for dog, 3 trainers to 7 -9dogs on Saturday arvo. Vet nice for jabs and check-up very happy
The team at Allpets Caboolture Animal Hospital have been more than amazing in regards to service, pet needs and care. They are professional and easy to speak to and understand. We have had 5 cats attend here in the last 7 years. With general check ups, vaccinations, ultrasounds, blood testing and teeth cleaning. Allpets rang us to let us know a kind human had brought in our ginger boy who passed. We were thankful to have been able to collect him from Allpets. Our old mixed Russian girl slowly lost control in her legs and bowels. We were offered great treatment earlier but sadly had to walk her across the rainbow bridge. Our big Norwegi boy was diagnosed with diabetes. We had him on a great treatment plan for a while but sadly this year he became sick and we also walked him over the rainbow bridge. Allpets were able to organise Pets in Peace arrangements when the time came. Our last 2 living cats recently had the best holiday in the cattery before they flew to New Zealand at the end of August to continue their lives living in a self contained van for 2 weeks then settling into our next home. Thank you to all the team here. The vets are great and have continued to deliver service despite lockdowns and covid restrictions. The team here have been so accommodating and they deserve to have sundays off to recharge for another busy week. Special thanks to Kirby, Margaret and Sarah. Myself and our cats have been fortunate to frequent their service and appreciate their time and experience to help our animals. We all need to understand that even though our pets are number one. This business is very busy and these vets do their best every day. Please keep up the great work and thank you for taking care of our cats during the past 7 years and in the transition to their new home with us here in New Zealand.
Very professional. Vets are lovely and love the animals they see. Give good valid advice. Will definitely keep them as my normal vet.
Very friendly staff. My dog usually hates different people, but he is always so calm and happy around the staff here
Prior to my dog's surgery there was a miscommunication between myself and the nurse so the required surgery was not completed. Once this came to light we were able to work it out with minimal xtra costs, which was really appreciated. The surgery was completed and our boy is now home safe and sound. Thanks for your efforts.
David is an amazing vet, your pet will be in great hands.
When we put our family member to sleep the vet nurse came out and told me that she Was at peace. Such a tough job for them But my experience all the staff there care. The reception the vet nurse and the vet cared very much and assisted us through the difficult time.
