We had Milo our blind pomeranium boy groomed by petstock Caboolture north and we were impressed with both the groom and the professional manner of the whole process. We were worried about the stress he could have had his blindness is very recent due to him becoming diabetic but he seemed untroubled by the whole affair. So hats off to you and your staff. Also they were the only store willing to keep a ongoing order for ROYAL CANINE diabetic food every six weeks for us most of the others seemed to be uninterested in getting it in if it wasn't in stock already.
Caitlin is absolutely fantastic! I’ve been in this store quite a few times now and been served by a few different people and I must say that Caitlin’s customer service and knowledge is 10/10. She’s the only reason I come back to this store.
Amazing. Petstock Caboolture North now have female leafy stick insect babies. So adorable and great for kids. They won't fly as they don't have wings. Thanks guys.
The staff here are always so welcoming. They literally say hello at every visit and offer to help, basically as soon as we walk in; Its nice, and kind of unexpected, because its such a large store. We love it there. The store is huge and they sell heaps of horse gear which is amazing. Pricing isn't too bad, to be honest, and if it is overpriced, they are always happy to helpout with price matching. They even help us out to the car with our larger items. Highly recommend this store. I have found the staff at other locations similar to this also. Pet stock always seem to have friendly staff. Thanks guys.
