Never buy here! I bought a gift for Christmas that cost me $50, found out the disk is badly damaged and won't play, I don't have the receipt anymore as it is a Christmas present for somebody else, I have tried everything to contact store. It is impossible to contact without going in store, you call and it tells you to go to Facebook or the website to contact customer care but there's no where to contact on the website or Facebook.
Well after today I will no longer be going back To the store I was helping my mum Sell her phone I have been going to the store for a bit 6 years The girl that served my mum She was very rude to me because I told her the phone was only a week old my mum was trying to sell and she said it was B Try to say it was scratched It had one little scratch on it I have bought stuff off the store before worse Then that I don't know the name of the girl She was very tall and skinny Spoke to me like I was basically garbage because I was trying to stick up for my mum I also suffer from really bad anxiety and depression But the point is I've been going to the shop in selling to them for years now I've been a good customer and that's the think you get well yeah so no loss I will no longer be down to their store I recommended the store to my mum to sell her phone to get some money for Christmas great job CEX
Sold me a faulty portable hard drive I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Just walked out of this store and customer service is a zero! Bought a few blu-ray DVDs, went to counter and said Good Morning - attendant took DVDs out of my hand and proceeded to get the disks. When she came back I asked if she had heard me greet her and her response was "oh im like in a trance good morning" with the most disgusting attitude! Honey, leave your trance at home when you get to work, I won't be shopping here again. Just gross and unnecessary.
Good selection and prices, customer service is poor
It's fantastic for the older stuff that I search for but as for the retro stuff,where the market is. they don't have and new stuff and accessories, they also don't do, every once in a while something catches my eye, it's always a reasonable price. Then I buy
Awful honestly. Firstly customer service is woeful it really fits the theme of no f%#ks given and absolutely no respect for the customer. Rude and aloof service, no greating or smiles even when you finally get their attention. Few months back my son who is 8 bought an Xbox remote unfortunately he didn't realise it didn't have the headphone port...not the store fault at all....i took him back and explained and I was obviously going to pay the difference. Not only was I told to bad, I was then told i could sell it back for a quarter of what was paid and buy the other one....he hadn't even plugged it in yet. So i left without argument went to EB games. Then unfortunately again had not much choice in shopping there again as I needed someone then and there and it had been abit not fair to judge on one bad staff member. Wrong This store has no respect for their customers I couldn't believe my eyes..the products are filthy I mean dirt crust filthy and they still have the jewels to charge top shelf prices, customer service horrible again and to look at the remotes for example and see one in fair condition $40 and the same remote but missing all the rubber on the toggles and scratched to high heaven the same price hahaha honestly theydont care here just winding down the clock to get paid. Save your time go to cashies or EB it's so sad this store has so much potential and could be really something cool but the staff and the filth are killing it
You won’t damage good they got you You want it so they won’t be able to respond to your emails to send out new controllers they got you You try their website it’s so glitchy that I can’t get it to work to get either a refund or replacements not happy waste of money and time
I bought a ps4 from here and it worked fine until a month or 2 when it would start up in safe mode and the data would get corrupted I've seen reviews of this before. The good thing is that the prices of the DVDs and blurays are very good and the disc quality is very good
Value, great value. DVDs at great prices. Electronic preloved products like phones, game consuls and pads are supported by long term warranties, one of the best I have seen. Well worth investigating. Jeff
