This particular stores IT are in question. As I brought my Acer laptop in for their free inspection as I was having startup issues after a windows update. After an entire week. I'm told that my mother board is fried, and it'll cost me $800 to have it fixed. This was completely false. Not only was it obvious that my mother board was intact, as I still had access to basic windows repair options but the price they would charge me was ridiculous. I have now learned that an error in windows had occurred, and I merely had to have my hardrives files recovered and stored separately. Then follow up with a windows reformat. It only is my computer fixed, it cost me nothing. Why were they attempting to charge me for services that we're not necessary and why we're they unable to solve such a minor problem that a simple pc gaming hobbiest fixed for me in a couple hours. I recommend not using their IT services.
