Great product range and prices. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were assisted by Sheridan, and she was fantastic, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products and extended warranties. We bought a new heatpump dryer to go with our existing Fisher and Paykel washing machine.
We went into The Good Guys to purchase a TV n DVD player. A young man came to help us. He gave us the best service n advice on the different brands n warranty. A big thank you to Layton, your service and advice to us was much appreciated. Very happy customers. Also the young lady at the counter was lovely as well. Great service, highly recommend them
I really can't thank the Good Guys from Morayfield enough. My 4 month old fridge that I bought from you guys came up with an error and instead of being mucked about by the manufacturer, the Goods Guys stepped up, and just took it back and swapped it for another fridge... delivery included. You guys go above and beyond so many other retailers and so my family and I will keep coming back because I know you stand behind your products. Thanks so much again!!
In the past 7 months I have purchased a fridge, washing machine and television from The Good Guys Morayfield. I find it is only when an issue arises that you are given a true insight into the company and I can only say they have exceeded my expectations when my television recently malfunctioned. It was a seamless process involving TCL customer service initially and their approval to replace and The Good Guys delivering and installing a replacement within 7 days.nTruly outstanding customer service experience for me so well done. I will add in terms of customer service in store I was impressed with the plentiful staff who would proactively approach you with assistance. As apposed to some stores whereby you are on a search mission for assistance.
I purchased a 10KG Haier top loader washing machine in December 2023 and it was unfortunately a faulty machine. I called The Good Guys and explained the situation and they were really great to begin with, offering to swap it for another one or a full refund. I decided to get a full refund as there wasn’t a machine suitable within the same budget at their store. They offered to collect the faulty machine and have a next day refund, or we return the machine and have an instant refund. I opted for the collection as it’s easier on our behalf as we don’t have a car suitable to drop it to them. Mind you our house is literally 2 minutes away from their store.nAs far as I knew, someone was coming on the Monday to collect the machine. It got to 4PM and still no one had arrived. I called and was advised the employee who I was originally speaking to didn’t see my final email saying yes to Monday collection, and hadn’t arranged it, and then was off for 2 days. We had it re-arranged properly for today Wednesday, and once again, no show. I emailed them AGAIN and said I had no confirmation or anything. I then receive a text to say my collection is now arranged for TOMORROW Thursday. I just don’t know how hard it is to have the darn thing collected!nI have been banking on this machine being picked up so we have the money returned to purchase a new machine, and in the meantime, have had to pay to use the laundromat every day which is getting costly considering we’re out of pocket for no reason.
