We bought a lot of furniture from Amart on Saturday. We were told we would receive everything except one item which was fine. Expected it all to be delivered today and 3 things are not going to be here for another 1-2 weeks. One of those things is the mattress we were expecting to sleep on because we have no other mattress. Now we have to wait and we’re not told this in store. If we were told instore we would have picked something else because we needed it ASAP. Useless customer service and contact with us. Won’t be buying furniture here again.

Been there more than once as offers good deals at times. However been disappointed more than once as floor stock often not available. Or they offer deal, but then tell you it will cost more. Floor staff are often unknowledgable or just couldn't care less. Had to purchase from another Amart store as Morayfield store assistant said he could only do deal at $400 extra (for smaller 2 seater) instead of 3 seater, as he couldn't break up set and none were available. Got great deal $400 cheaper elsewhere. Kiss goodbye to my money Amart Morayfield.

We were there for just under an hour. Asked for assistance and was told she was busy but she went and tidied up a bed. No other staff on floor. And no one behind customer service desk. Just missed out on a big sale.
