Great store. Fantastic choices of bedroom furniture. Katt's assistance was absolutely %. She is a great gal. Very happy, and helpful. Listened to what I required. It was a pleasure to have her serve me. Today Tuesday 7th Dec the great boys came to deliver and put together our beds. They were caring, both of the goods and us. Put the furniture together nicely, asked me to check all was OK, and cleaned up really well. Very happy lads, we felt that they enjoyed their jobs. No dawdling, organised, just got in and did the job. I think bedshed is a place, I will be returning. Linda
Hands down the best customer service we’ve had in years. Jeanette is so knowledgeable, friendly and best of all no pressure and so accommodating to find what was best for us. So impressed with the level of professionalism and service, as well as a great product.
Just had 5 star service at the morayfield store. Jeanette was so helpful and her knowledge of each mattress made it very easy to choose the right mattress for us.
Came in to buy a good quality pillow and left with exactly that, employees are so kind and very knowledgeable, will be coming back in the future!!
Lovely staff and beautiful customer service. I shopped around and no other store gave me as much information on such a wide range of mattresses. I returned twice before picking the mattress best suited for what I needed and never felt rushed or pressured. The price was negotiated fairly I thought and they were flexible with repayments. The staff were very kind and always remembered my daughter and I when we returned. Mattress was delivered without any problems. In fact the driver was really nice and worked around our schedule for the day. All round lovely experience.

You wont find an easier experience when choosing a bed ensemble , the staff here are very obliging . we had Terri serve us & she made it a lot easier than we thought not pushy just a friendly relaxed conversation about our needs followed by her suggestions . you are an asset to the company .

Bought a new mattress from the Bed Shed, Gillian looked after me. She is fantastic to deal with very welcoming and friendly also has great knowledge when it comes to choosing the right mattress for you. Time wasn’t an issue and allowed me to take as much time as I needed. She also helped me get the right pillow for my needs as well. Love my new all my purchases from the bed shed.
We bought a new mattress from the Morayfield Bed Shed today, and are so grateful to Jeanette for all her help! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and patiently answered our many questions. She made our shopping much easier by narrowing our choices down based on our preferences and budget. She was also very kind to our 3 children!
