Attended today seeking a king size comforter set , circled the store 3 times before I could find a staff member to ask for help, 1st store clerk who pointed me to the general vicinity of quilt covers and walked off without a care in the world and not busy , I then went to the counter and asked again for some help as I had extensively searched , second staff member that a had to forcefully request to be shown took me directly to quilt covers handing me one saying there you go, I explained a comforter set is not a quilt cover as they are different to be told they are the same thing and if it’s not the same it’s close enough ……I found this humorous to be honest , I then asked another staff member who also repeated taking me to quilt covers saying I don’t know as I was showing them their website showing items in stock…i gave up and began to leave where I found them on the way out but sadly did not have what I was looking for and found it sad 3 staff members identified a quilt cover as comforter blanket. More staff and better Training is needed
Great store. Like shopping here staff good overall n I appreciate their skill n knowledge around the store. Good variety of choice for most creative n general house items I.e. linen, pillows, rugs, bakeware, crafts
The new layout of the store is wonderful .. was worth the wait !nnI find staff generally helpful and approable and KnowledgeablennThey always seem to have everything I'm looking fornPlus everything I didn't know I wanted as well hahannWhen it comes to sales I find Morayfield always has the item listed and usually quite a number of them in stock.nnOrdering In from other stores I have found them pleasent and helpful..nnMy only suggestion isn......I wish....nThere was a a customer support worker special staff membernin the material section in particularnnI find they end up with a line up and I'm needing help to understand things better disabled and new to sewing etc so have alot more questions then a v8sewernnIt's no fault of their own,nthey simply don't have the time available to give me the advice I'm needing.nBUT.. me knowing = equals me> spending more. >>>>> $$$nnBetween daily tasks + customers + dealing with questions on the floor it seems to much of a juggle act for them .nnAnyways just an idea.
Nice shop. It's a bit expensive but apparently they price match. So therefore can be the same prices as other stores. Staff are lovely. Lots of yarn colours to choose from. Massive sellection of material. The store is very busy.
They upgraded the store; now you have posts in the middle of aisles that you can't get past with a pram, stroller, or trolley?nDOH!
