Pathetic and rude service. Father in law bought a 4kg gas tank from there. After a few days could smell gas so took it back. Store said it was fine. Let some gas out and went away when going into storage could smell strong smell of gas. Last on never smelt like this. Went nack basically told to go away nothing wrong with it. 1 star too good
I have been going here for a while for gas refills but today I went to bcf for a broken tent pole. Theirs didn't fit and the young guy told me to go to outback adventures. The gentleman at outback was a little older like myself and his experience made the difference. Outback had the same parts but he gave me very informative advice on how to cut the poles and dress the ends and thread the rope. I went home with confidence and repaired it in no time. Very happy with outback and their knowledge.
Very poor customer service. No refund policy for a faulty product. Staff are unwilling to help. Constantly making excuses about a product they should know about. "We're just a checkout chick" you are making the Companion brand look really bad. Loved the fact the staff used the example of going into a bank to take out a loan vs a faulty hose that probably cost the $10 its not the same thing. Should treat customers a little better if you want repeat business. Was trying to support a small business But i'm better off taking my hard earned money to BCF across the road.
Confucius say, man who keep feet on ground have trouble putting on pants, but these guys don't give up trying. You know the definition of, or something like that....I was looking for a specific item trawling through their flea market, umm I mean their store and tweedle dee turned up behind me. Awesome I thought, help at last I am saved from covering my hands in dust handling their wares. My mistake, he was just passing by and asked me to move so he could get past. Better things to do than serve customers I guess, an important mission to find his mate, Mr dumb. An experience awaits if you too are brave. Visit Outhouse Adventures.
Avoid this place, horrible customer service. Staff treated me rudely, was constantly followed around the store while I was browsing, being accused of stealing and when they found out I didn’t, no apology. I complained to the manager, and he was arrogant and rude. Their language is also foul.
Don't bother. they sell you stuff that doesn't work, take months to rectify and the rectification is giving you a cheaper product that still doesn't work and then it's "not their problem". Very sad this is how an elderly person is treated.
Quick shout out to Mike. Mike is amazing always happy to help and assist whatever questions you throw at him. Eveyone amazing customer service from all. Always happy and helping customers with enquiries. Thank you everyone there.
Rude owner. Refund and exchange policy is a joke. Never going back to this store and I suggest if you want good service to go somewhere else.
Rude arrogant and run their own rules. Refund policy cannot be legal. They obviously don't rely on return business. Will not step through their door again and would recommend you look at other nearby options. He'll of a shop that doesn't deserve Customers or their money. Stay well away. A minus five rating would be far more appropriate.
Don't waste you time. Stock on the website differs from that instore. No effort from the staff to assist or double check for stock in the system that may be out the back. Terrible service.
