I am very disappointed with the customer service I received at BCF Morayfield.nI came to refill my gas cylinder and was second in the queue. However, the staff member ignored my position and served a customer who was third in line. She then refused to refill my cylinder while proceeding to refill three cylinders for that customer first.nOnly after finishing those cylinders did she start refilling mine, and she did so with a very unfriendly attitude and an unhappy expression.nThis was unfair, unprofessional, and made me feel disrespected as a customer. I expect customers to be served in the order they arrive and to be treated courteously. I hope BCF Morayfield addresses this issue and provides better customer service in the future.
Staff are always positive, they seem happy to be there and happy to help which is really nice to see in retail. The shop is really well stocked and clean. Parking is a breeze. Just a nice store to visit
Asked about a SUP pump and the young girl at the counter seemed impatient towards me as I was trying to find out more information about the connection. I was going to buy the upmarket pump and I was going to buy a trolling motor, but since it seemed that it was too much trouble to help me find the pump in the store I just left and went to Anaconda instead. Bought a suitable pump for $39. I have Parkinson's and I'm a little slow so it's harder to do things that other people take for granted. I won't be going to BCF again.
I came in and asked this bloke named Dave for the best drone fishing rods and he showed me the ones and they were perfect walked away with a good reel and rod and a few hooks thanks to him now I’m gonna catch some big kahunas
Went into Morayfield BCF store looking for a travel rod with little to no knowledge about the product. Renee was AMAZING Took so much time to carefully help me to understand the different products. Also did not try to upsell which l have encountered at other stores. She certainly knew her stuff. Left the store with exactly what l needed So happy with both Sue and Renee. Will be returning as l want to pick her brain next time around using Lures. Great service! 5 Stars!
