Decided to do one of them new fandango things called mental health day so a 100$ gift voucher in hand went to get some new lures.monday morning quiet time right.well all you could here is staff winging about bcf after 10 min in store couldn't handle listening to them . if you guys don't like the company leave.so some people who actually like the place could work there.
Aaron at Morayfield was an absolute standout for his customer service. Helped my son to select soft plastics that were right for what he needed and took the time to explain to him why they were good and how they worked etc. He then took time to show him how to tie the knot he needed and let him have a practice. Super friendly and helpful and my son was stoked with the experience in spending his Christmas voucher and left with some more knowledge too. Thank you Aaron!
Brought a lowrance hook 7 sounder a little time back based on the recommendations of the bcf staff member. Well firstly I had to return it because it was faulty. Got the replacement had it installed and would not work over 7 knots. Spoke directly with lowrance and was told the sounder was not suitable for my boat and I should not have been sold that sounder. Lowrance than suggested I buy this $800 transducder. Sounder works a little better but no where good enough. Will never buy electronics from.bcf again. Just want your money. Ripped off by Inexperienced staff and a product not properly described for purpose.. I don't think much of Lowrance either. Anaconda are taking bcf customer base. It's no wonder the product range pricing and staff knowledge is far superior.
Thankyou to Dave who took time to speak to myself and my son.nDave spent time talking to my teenage son about reels, rods and and was happy to chat with him.He was very passionate about fishing and my son enjoyed the chat.
This was one of the most helpful BCF stores that I have been in. There were staff on the floor to assist you with product enquiries and who didn't mind you asking questions and seeing if they had stock of particular items in store. Helpful and friendly and we will shop here again. Prices are reasonable and the store is set out so that you can readily find what you are looking for.
