Best customer service I have ever experienced. I bought an expensive drone and there were a few issues with payment processing. The team and the business owner handled the matter with exceptional professionalism and had it all sorted very quickly. The subsequent follow up during the order and delivery were second to none. I am a small business owner too and sincerely appreciated the efforts they went to to take care of me as a client. Well done Shannon and Peter. Great local business!! They showed me through all the different models of rc cars which made it easy to choose what I wanted. They had no issue setting up the charger for me and explaining how it works. I'm definitely going to shop there more in the future.
The Morayfield store the older guy that owns the store took so much time to help me with my choice of RC CAR. Can’t say enough they really know their stuff. It’s now my only hobby store I go to. Customer service is the best so helpful. Won’t go anywhere else. Keep up the great work guys.
I assume it's the owner i dealt with. I watched him tell one bloke "it's not rocket science" in front of his son, when asking some fairly harmless questions. I grabbed some brass round bar from their stand. There were 2 of same in the same spot, used the code for that position to check the price. $8.95. Go to the counter. $29 or something. "Ahh I was expecting $9, I think someone might have put this in the wrong spot". His reply "$9, you'd get more at scrap". I mean, you wouldn't. I didn't try to hold him to the price I expected, just offered that it probably had been put back wrong. Which he confirmed when returning it. Guy's just kinda a jerk. Maybe having a bad day but 2 people in row deserves a 3 star boi.
Bad service. Bought two rc boats both of which were not great quality. Large boat has never works and only used twice for a total of two min. Have returned the boat 2 times to be told told I will have to pay for repairs at 35.00 an plus parts. Well I will be plastering this store all over social media in attempt to stop other people getting ripped. This shop is rubbish.
Worst service ever! Huffing and puffing on the phone to customers says he has asthma Dont listen to what the customer has to say, arguing a simple point! If a battery isn't meant to have the outside peeling back, don't sell it like that. Simple!!
Over and beyond great customer experience. Immediate delivery over the new year period. Phoned store before I purchased online to ask a few questions as I was buying for a gift. Could not of been helped more.

After buying a expensive rc car and were told to buy the right stuff we had a problem with a item and now have been told today we have to buy a new item and item has been used about 4 times since Christmas. Since this is the case we won't be back we will take our buisness to toyworld and will tell alot of people of the bad service you have
