Friendly, efficient service. Fast pick-up and return. Final invoice received by email within a few hours of returning the car.  No unexpected charges.  A point off because the car could (should) have been cleaner, there were cobwebs on the outside mirror.

Our recent experience with Thrifty was definitely 5 stars. Good value, great car and the rear facing car seat was clean & fitted securely. It was close to the terminal and we were in our way in no time, which was perfect when travelling with a 5yr old and a 6month old. Effortless, really happy.

The lady behind the counter at napier airport need an attitude adjustment. They never had sheet with marks on car. Never came out to check with us. Then claimed that we smoked in the car ( which we never did) and found ash on the driver's side foot well and charged us for the clean. We had a photo of it and was gravel and sand on foot well so would have been hard to work out what was supposedly to be ash. Do not recommend using.
