The desk service was excellent. The pickup service from and to the airport was quick. The car was quite new and clean. They also give me a free upgrade to a bigger car. I rented the car for 5 days and it was value for money.  One advise is to make sure you detail on your copy and sign by them before you leave all marks on the car, big or small, even the wheel covers . When I returned the car they picked on a mark on the wheel cover and tried to charge me but fortunately it was marked on the paper.
Otherwise I would recommend Ezi car rental from Auckland Airport and I will rent a car from Ezi car Rental on my next visit to Auckland.

Thank you for the rental car, I found your staff professional and able to provide assistance where required.

 I would like to suggest the following points for an improved experience.

1. When I booked I used the old company website A2B rentals.  On this website and correspondence there was no indication that you had changed company name.  When waiting at the airport, I had no idea I was waiting for an Ezi rental courtesy can.  3 went past before I had to ring and find out about the company change.  Info on this name change would have been useful.

2. We returned the car early due to a change in circumstances. It would have been nice to have had some form of refund in recognition of the early return.

The pickup at the airport was so quick!  Renting the car was easy and efficient.  The car was clean and well-maintained--probably next to new.  The price was fantastic, but the best experience of all was how understanding they were when we had to return the car early due to my father-in-law's passing.  We will definitely rent from them again and recommend them highly to others.

Great service and excellent car. We were picked up at the airport and taken to the depot. After a short wait we were given the keys to the car and asked to inspect it before driving away. The car was in an immaculate condition. Returning the car was easy. We were then dropped back at the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great value for money. Easy to deal with both through email and in person when picking up & dropping off the car. Highly recommend to those who are looking for a quality vehicle at an affordable rate. They always answer their phones too which makes a big difference. Keep up the great work! It’s the small things that make all the difference.
