I use Go Rentals fairly regularly from the Auckland Airport and have never had an issue. I think the rates are very reasonable for what you get. I'm sure there are cheaper options, but when you get into a rental and it only has 800kms on the clock then you can't complain. Take into account the shuttle service, easy check-in and drop-off procedures, and I think it is value for money. I have always been able to get the car I want, and they have all been in very good condition. I won't go anywhere else for car rentals and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I've been looking around for the best deals and GO Rental was the best overall. Book in advance about 2 weeks ahead of time seems to get you the best rate. Play around with the dates. This is the third time I've used them. No complaints! Went smooth every time. I got the full insurance, paid a little extra because I didn't want to deal with any hassle when I'm on vacation. The car was clean every time and with low kilometers but that didn't really matter to me since the car was pretty much new. As soon as I arrived at the airport, moments after I received a text telling me to call them if I needed a shuttle, which I did. It worked out perfectly since I tried to request one on the app but it didn't seem to work. Will hire them again! The GO Play card is awesome too! Take advantage of those discounts!

The experience with go rentals was seamless... the self serve kiosk were a breeze and all staff were happy to help.

Definitely use the app to check in all your details before you get there so your in and out...

We got picked up by the shuttle bus from gate 11 at the airport.... was fast and easy. Driver was a laugh!

Also needed the car a extra few days... didnt need to talk to anyone lol... was super easy correspondents via email and was all booked in. 

Thanks guys ill always come back for my car rentals in NZ

Excellent value for money, it was not the cheapest rental company around but the reviews were excellent and they live up to it.  Painless rental and collection process, even for after hours!  Good vehicle as described on website and reliable after 3 weeks of use.

I had booked the car from India for my trip in New Zealand and asked for new car upto 1 year old. To my surprise we got a car less than a month old in excellent condition. We completed the formalities in about 20 minutes and took the car. The rates at Go Rentals are very reasonable. On returning the car it took only 5 minutes. They  checked the condition of car, payments and then they dropped us at airport by their shuttle.
