We traveled throughout New Zealand for 17 days in Dec 2017.   We had nothing but aggravation.   We had three different cars during our journey.  The first we picked up in Christchurch at the airport.  What a nightmare.  Something that should have taken 10 minutes, ended up taking over an hour.  The woman helping us was either untrained or a complete idiot.  She asked to see our licenses and passports no less than five times.  Once we got to the car we realized they had forgotten to give us the GPS we paid for, when we finally got one, it didn't work.  We just left as we were only going to have that car for 24 hours.    Next car we picked up in Greymouth.  The car we got seemed fine, until about 48 hrs after we picked it up and had to call for road side assistance because it was leaking brake fluid and the brakes were about to fail.   Third car we picked up was in Wellington.  Again it should have taken 10 minutes.   Again it took about 45 minutes.  Ridiculous!   Again the car should have had a built in GPS, but we were given some excuse as to why it didn't work, something about a SIM card being stolen.  Lame excuse, so we were given a shoddy add on GPS for the remainder of our trip.   When we returned that car to the Auckland airport there was no place for us to park it and no attendant to help us figure out so we just ended up double parking it in their lot.  I would never rent from this company again EVER!

Missed a flight because their shuttle to the airport didn't leave for a very very long time. Nice car though.

Worse service even. They charge you for nothing. Give you the wrong car. Not able to have someone competent to get reimburse. Use another rental company!

Dont ever go there they will rib your money off without any reasons!!!
