An excellent stay that exceeded my expectations. Bearing in mind that this is a THREE star hotel, we have given this stay a well-deserved 5 stars. Shovik at reception was truly exceptional - he was very welcoming, check-in process was smooth, and he gave us all the important information in a clear and concise manner. All the staff were friendly and polite - housekeeping, bar and reception. I have never left a hotel review before but felt that the staff were so good that they deserved to be recognised. Thanks and we hope to be back one day.

Stayed here twice. The rooms I have booked are cozy. Had a really nice view of the mountains. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms were ready early at 1pm so I checked in. The breakfast is nice you’d get few options but very nice options. Their restaurant is really cute. If you’re staying for more than 1 night I’d recommend using go green card which house keeping won’t refresh your room but you will get $10 credit to use in food and beverages which was really nice the whole 5 nights I was there. It’s also 19min walk from there to the botanic garden which was really nice or $8 Uber to get there if you don’t drive.

Great location. Room was clean and tidy the overall aesthetics was modern. Easy checkin with great price.nnParking was next door and you paid extra but this was fine. View from room was good too.nnComfortable stay would recommend.

A convenient hotel close to work. Has all the essentials and friendly staff. I stay here often for work and sometimes the cleaning of the rooms is a bit questionable. Most recently, when I entered the room and went to the bathroom, the toilet seat was up and there was a long piece of hair on the rim. My pillow case also had a tear in it. My previous visit, the hand towel had a lipstick stain on it and the cutlery and mugs didn’t look like it had been cleaned…nnRoom service is great and I have never had issues casting to the tv from my phone. But please note, if you’re going to stay there over summer, there is no air con. There is however a really good desk fan and when you leave the windows open, you can come back to a nice cool room - at night though, you will get noise from the roads come in if you leave your windows open overnightnnHotel is located near a really great New World

Great location and service. For those that need to do some work on the laptop the desk space was perfect. Giving it a 3 star for the room as there was no jug in the room to boil water, no remote control for the TV, and no extra blanket as found it freezing even with the available heater.
