We really enjoyed our stay, it's a lovely quiet hotel with friendly staff. Our room was decorated really nicely and spacious, it included access to the club, which was a bonus. The restaurant and bar were great, we enjoyed our breakfast.
Warm welcome, nice corner room.nEverything was great with the exception of our dining experience.nOn Saturday evening you were fully booked unavoidable we were able to gain a table after another couple had finished.nSunday morning we were required to wait in the lobby for 5 min while tables were cleared, after approximately 20 minutes we enquired as we had seen others go straight in.nAll completely understandable as the hotel was very busy.
I greatly enjoyed my stay at the hotel with my husband. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The foods at the restaurant were scrumptious. The room is clean and tidy. I felt luxurious during my stay. The only thing that needs improvement is the account. The email about how much I owe is different to what they have deducted on my account.
Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The place is clean, well decorated and very inviting. The staff is excellent and goes out of their way to help you. My friends and I were very happy with our stay.
We had a lovely 2 night stay over the long weekend to celibrate Makariki and a belated Mothers day.nreceived an early text to confirm booking and arrival time, had a lovely room, dinner in the hotel was fantastic, breakfast was the same. Great food, fantastic service. Well done Sofitel Wellington.
