Had a wonderful stay with friends and partners to see the WOW show , only a 2 minute walk away. Room was lovely the shower was incredible I didn’t want to get out. Indoor pool was lovely and warm, nice buffet breakfast next morning. Overall great stay and I will return again.
A Relaxing Stay in WellingtonnnWe arrived at the hotel well before our check-in time and planned to leave our bags with the concierge. To our pleasant surprise, our room was already ready. The room itself was clean and tidy, providing a great first impression.nnAlthough I was initially disappointed that we couldn't get an upgrade due to the hotel being fully booked, the staff's gesture of giving us a cheese platter was a nice touch and very much appreciated. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud—extremely comfortable—and the spa bath was a wonderful addition to our stay.nnWe were also grateful for the late check-out, which allowed us to enjoy a much-needed lie-in. We came to Wellington for a relaxing weekend and some time out, and that's exactly what we got. Returning to Auckland, we felt rested and rejuvenated.nnUpon arriving home, we realised we had left some items in the closet and a silk pillowcase on the bed. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and arranged to courier these items to us, for which we are very grateful.nnOverall, our stay was delightful, and we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Wellington.

Absolutely awesome Accommodation and breakfast. My only criticism was that I had to ask for a Hotel Brochure to find out where your facilities are, mainly the Health Centre, and to connect to your free WiFi. This was delivered promptly. My past hotel stays have always had a brochure in the room, or details with the key cards given. .
It was way beyond my expectation - all staff were friendly, helpful and professional! My family enjoyed our dining at the hotel restaurant - the food was divine!nThe rooms were new, chic and clean, and the bed was so comfortable too! The waterfront view looking out from the window was a bonus!
