Worse customer service ever... Very rude owner..Don't be fooled by the sweet talk tactics.. Mechanic rude and don't know what he's doing just being rough with my bike... got lots of problem with the bike.. The owner is rude too... Better go on a bigger shop as they have better service and experienced mechanic and no rude owner to deal with.

Honest, professional service outfit! Dropped my Cannondale Bad Boy in for a service. Initial assessment suggested a mid level service. However, received a phone call later on from their friendly bike mechanic who downgraded the service from medium to basic stating it wasn’t required. On top of that, provided a complimentary degrease and lube of drivetrain and bled brakes! Their honesty saved me $$$$ and my bike rides as good as new. So refreshing to receive such good service and honesty in a business. I will be bringing all my business including my other Cannondale’s. Keep up the great work guys!
