I was not acknowledged when I entered, no one spoke to me as I spent time looking at stock. I wanted to try on some clothes and talk to someone about a new road bike.

We purchased 2 bikes for our kids for Christmas (from Santa) and the salesman understood the situation brilliantly. He measured the kids up on bikes and promised he would tell Santa what size bikes he needed to give them. I was super impressed and will be back.

I'm not usually one for leaving negative feedback, but in this case I feel I have to. I bought a bike from here and almost immediately had issues with the breaks. I made use of the one year free servicing several times (mainly because of this) and each time said I was having issues, and was assured after each service that there was nothing wrong with them. Having no prior experience of disc brakes I decided to go with their opinion, right until last Friday when both breaks failed on downhill section through the CBD. Luckily I managed to stop before the junction, but it was very close. I have since taken the bike to another repair shop where they explained to me the calipers were faulty, and that the clicking I heard when pulling on break were an indication of that, something I brought up with Peak Cycles during one of the services. The bike is out of warranty now, but even were it not I have lost all trust in their ability to verify its safety.
