I put my bike in for an $85 service and to have my back wheel rebuilt- $150. Total - $235. When I picked my bike up, I had been charged a total of $455. Replaced cables, (perfectly fine) handlebar tape, derailleur hanger and chainrings- all without calling or shooting off a text message to ask. I'm a uni student, with a cafe job. The initial $235 was already a pretty big deal for me- the $455 bill was really hard for me to deal with. Won't be back.

Bought two bikes from Plenty Cycles and couldn’t be happier! They recommended ideal bikes for our needs, let us take them for a test ride and kitted us out with all the accessories for an awesome price. Thanks guys!

Scott is a very patient gentleman. Totally impressed by his service and so bought 2 bikes in a span of 4 days. Got some $ knocked off the actual price & got a bottle holder for free, cant ask for more!
