We have purchased bike accessories and repaired our bike in the Megastore. I really like brands other than from China available in the store which guarantee quality. The repair service is excellent, fast and at unbeatable price. Must visit for bike lovers.
I took my daughter’s bike in just to have the handle bars changed and the Servicing team identified that the bike needed additional modifications to allow it to fit her better. They changed the handle bar stem and replaced the bell, adjusted the gears all for free. Such a friendly and helpful bunch, going above and beyond! Thank you!
Recommend the store for the bike range but not the workshop.nnGreat range of bikes and a good sales team. The workshop, however, needs to work on quality and consistency of service.nnPartner and I bought two of the same road bikes from the store. The bikes have the same kilometres on them so the same wear and tear.nTook them for their first service and the staff asked us for any issues. We both explained our concerns and they took them away for their standard service.nnPartner's bike came back nicely serviced with the issues resolved and very detailed service notes. Mine came back with none of the issues fixed brakes squeaking + trouble switching into one of the gears and it almost looked like they didn't even do a standard service as the chain wasn't lubed.nnCan't really justify riding there for more than 1hr and having to take a day off work to maybe have my bike serviced....
Excellent service! I came in for a quick job on my gravel bike, and the workshop team kindly accommodated me on the spot, making things so much easier. They also have an impressive selection of spares and accessories in stock. Highly recommend!
