I recently visited Anaconda Preston and was helped by Eric, who was fantastic from start to finish. He guided me through choosing the right fishing gear, including the rod, reel, and braid, and his knowledge really stood out. Chris was an absolute delight, i’m not one to leave reviews but seeing as the services was absolutely impeccable, i had to say something.nnhe was extremely knowledgeable about all of our needs, he knew where everything in the shop was and knew what we needed before we did.nngive him a raise.nnps, banter was on point
If I could rate 1 nil I would. Spent 30 min trying on life vests and decided on one which was discounted to 70 dollars Spent almost 30 min in line only 2 people ahead one in front and at counter one register free for use with attendant doing stock levels. Get to counter and it scans for $99 I said the attendant who helped me scanned and told him the price it was the shelf price and docket wouldn't budge said sorry and scanned through. Asked him to check and he blamed the other attendant. NO problem solving skills Just repeat of $99... I said no thanks and left. No recognition of what occurred. Poorly managed and trained staff from what I saw on this day. Off to BCF from now on... Poor form Anaconda!!
Wonderful customer service from Angie. She was knowledgeable, friendly and patient helping me : nStore was huge with heaps of stock and options which I appreciated
Don't get gas refills here. The kids that work there have no clue how to fill them up. The bottle felt light so I questioned it at the counter. They assured me it's the most they can fill to. When I got home I weighed it and it came in at 14.9kg. Tank weight is 8.5kg so only 6.4kg gas was filled. Lesson learnt. $25 for 6kg gas.
