Don’t necessarily blame them, but staff seem miserable and are very hard to find for assistance. Locked cases should be nearer the front of the store instead of having to walk across the store multiple times to ask for someone to assist and unlock the cases. When they did show up, the staff member helped someone else who’d just walked up instead of helping me first as I’d been waiting. If staff were more supported by management and not so thin on the ground I’m sure the customer service experience would be better!

These two went above and beyond in helping me with fishing information, and their knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm made a huge difference.nnNot only did they provide expert advice on the best gear and techniques, but they also took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I had the right setup for my needs. Their customer service was exceptional—they were friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about helping customers.nnIt’s rare to find staff who are this dedicated and willing to go the extra mile. Because of Amyn and Oscar, I left the store feeling confident and excited to put my new fishing knowledge to the test. If you’re looking for top-notch service and expert advice, these two are the best!nnHuge thanks to Amyn and Oscar—I’ll definitely be back!
Read my entire review to know the reason for 5 stars:nThey made our return process super easy. The item was faulty but Anaconda Boxhill demanded a week to attend to it!nWe needed to buy a new one and this branch refunded us on the spot. Easy nHaving said that, please note that in general, Anaconda is not the best out there. There are better brands.
I can attest to the reviews of poor customer service in this store, having experienced it myself earlier today. The girl on the floor responded rudely and sarcastically to our questions, gave the excuse of needing to attend to other customers, went away, and never went back to help.
After reading some of the reviews, I wondered what I would encounter at Anaconda Preston. What I found was an absolutely lovely salesperson at the register, a seamless exchange and a really pleasant experience. Thank you! I didn't see a name badge, otherwise I'd love to name the girl who served me to give her the accolades she deserves.
