The old man staff member was extreamly rude throughout the store! Was waiting at cash register to be served and he ignored us. Then yelled at my 16month old who was touching the scooter that was on display. When I said we may want to purchase the scooter he then walked past really fast and yelled through the store for everyone to hear “is she a 5-12 year old”? I was shocked and left the store immediately!! I will never be back there. They need to look at the age of their staff and not employ grumpy old men with poor customer service!! It’s his job to be nice and polite but he was far from it!

I had to get a few things for a short camping trip and they had everything we needed. Staff were not overly helpful or friendly but they were busy so somewhat understandable. If things hadn't been on sale I think it would have been a bit expensive.

Site is clean and tidy and staff had great knoweledge of their products.

Things for adventures!! Has a good range of backpacks, clothes, and fishing gear. Has limited range of shoes, and cycling gear. It can be hard to find staff at times. Be sure to ring ahead to see if the item you want is in stock. Be sure sure to check the discounted items as there are some serious bargains to be had.
