Disappointing service. I walked in this morning fully intending to buy a pair of shoes, and was looking at the men's ones whuch are nice and wide and very comfortable. Not one of the three employees came near me, and I was the only person in the store. Appalling, folks. I'll be spending my money elsewhere.
This review is for Braydon at Uni Hill Merrell, Bundoora. I accidentally gave him the worst review while using eftpo machine as I couldn't see without my glasses. Braydon was friendly and so helpful assisting me in choosing the right hiking shoes. Top service! Thankyou :-

Great range, I have size 5 feet and often find very little of my size stock. They had multiple styles, and a good sale post Christmas.
Our go to shop for Merrell shoes with great outlet discounts compared with the main Merrell stores. Merrells are just excellent quality, comfort and amazing longevity even with daily wear and tear. Have always had great customer service here from the staff - very helpful and friendly.
Would not return shoes due to wrong size that the sales staff suggested. Due to their judgment and store policy they do not return worn shoes. Pitty I appreate the brand and quality of shoes...
A varied selection of good quality shoes. A Well know brand for comfort and outdoor shoes. Well worth a visit for those looking for a bargain. Staff seem friendly and approachable.
Went in the other day staff were very helpful, Kerry the store manager helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was extremely helpful helping pick out a pair.
Drove all the way up there to return ill-sized shoes for nothing as they have not updated their opening hours and are closed.
I was with my daughter who bought a pair of shoes from this store. The sales assistant was very helpful and friendly.
