Hi to all reading the reviews, I want to share my experience shopping for a cycling sunglasses at this store in uni hill Oakley vault. In space of one month I have purchased two pairs of high quality sunnies. With the help of Elijah (Manager) over the phone. Can you imagine shopping over the phone? Probably not, I believe Elijah should be the face of Oakley. He was so helpful from beginning to end. A managers job ain’t easy, regardless of me being so annoying calling every 30 minutes Elijah didn’t hesitate to help me out to find the right sunglasses for my husband . Not only the manager but also the staff Rita and Callum. When I entered the store they all welcomed me with a smile and a free hug from Rita if you’ve had crazy day😍. They all attended to me to make sure i walk away happy with my purchase. We should appreciate people like those three mentioned ELIJAH,RITA and CALLUM. A great customer Service goes a long way. I wish all three amazing staff every success in the future. If you wanna shop for sunnies head to OAKLEY VAULT BUNDOORA it’s worth the drive and money. In this day and age it’s hard to find such kind hearted staff. We don’t need grumpy people during our shopping experience! Merry Xmas and a Happy new year. Lots of love Abz☺️😘👍🏼🎅🏻

A LOCAL GUIDE - A REVIEW YOU CAN TRUST AND COUNT ON. Good range of products, great prices, however the customer service in this store is a major let down and doesn't do the company justice to be quite frank, definitely worth checking out another store.
