Aside from being a really friendly, genuinely kind person, Richard is extremely knowledgeable about bikes and all their workings. Each time I've gone in with a bicycle problem, Richard takes the time to explain what's wrong and show me the solution step-by-step, regardless of how big or small the issue. I feel very fortunate to live in a neighborhood with such an awesome, local shop, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for good, honest bike advice or repairs in a welcoming, unpretentious shop. Thanks a lot!

Friendly gentleman. I took my bike in for something simple and he went above and beyond what I expected. My old bike is now an absolute dream to ride and I feel much safer. Not pricey at all and not too long wait times.
