Mick was great and got me my order of 2k stainless batten screws the next day. Screws are great and have had no issues winding them in to 22mm spotted gum hardwood.

Excellent communications, had a problem understanding functionality of parts I saw on eBay so I contacted them by phone. Consultant was spot on with his product knowledge and steered me in the right direction. Was able to vary the order around so I got exactly what I wanted as a result of talking over the phone directly. Once fitted the parts were fantastic and well over the engineering strength I required. Mail was quick and cheap so by the time I had finished welding up my project the parts arrived. Awesome service, highly recommended. Cheers, Gordon
