We experienced a loss of a $500 gift card and visited two stores for assistance, but unfortunately, they were unable to help. However, when we visited this store on Sunday evening, the lady manager went above and beyond to solve the issue. Her exceptional customer service, kindness, and genuine approach truly stood out. I hope the lady working at the back of aisle 43 at 8:40am has a better day, because she sure does have intentions to ensure you feel stupid. I have a shopping list full of items, and I'm within a store stocking thousands of products; I couldn't find one item on my own and asked her for help. A short conversation filled with demeaning comments and parting shots while I'm just trying to find my window film kit. Accidentally passed by her again after all that and once again said thanks for helping me to try and resolve how I felt about the exchange, and she wasn't having any of that. So a customer service employee who doesn't want to help you, full of fake smiles and snappy responses, and doesn't care for appreciation... I'm sorry but that's not approachable. I'm sure she asks where items are in stores when she's a little lost. Been shopping hear as my local for years and will continue to do so, all other exchanges have been great but my god was that the worst.
I think your pickup service is honestly a joke. After receiving the email saying my order was ready, I went to collect it and waited over ten minutes at the collection point without seeing a single staff member. Then someone told me to line up at the information desk. As this was my first time using the pickup service, there were absolutely no clear instructions. The staff member there had a poor attitude, and the line at information was ridiculously long — I ended up waiting there for nearly another ten minutes. Honestly, going into the store, picking out the items myself, and lining up to pay would have been way faster than this. The whole experience made me feel that your so-called pickup service is completely unnecessary.
Posting on behalf of my wife: i sent my wife to bunnings to get some connector hoses while i was fixinh something knowing there is always someone at bunnings to help. She asked several staff members to help her get the stuff or atleast tell the aisle should go to, but she was tirned away ever single time and by every single person she asked saying we dont have anyone here to help in plumbing section ans we dont serve individual customers. At last, one gentleman also a staff member helped her to het the right stuff I am so sorry we could not get your name, but you are the only champ in the bunch og kokers there. If thats the kind of customer service is the part of culture of bunnings then its really shameful. 5 star to the only person who offered to help.
