I've been to many Bunnings, and this has by far the worst customer service. The average age of the staff is 15 years old with absolutely no knowledge in any DIY. We you ask for help they limit themselves to point vaguely the finger to some direction, or even to show you the item on Bunnings' website on their phone. However no know at any point in time thought of actually walk you to the right location. If you go there you better have a clear idea of what you are after because you are definitely on your own

Also got served by a rude staff. Would not recommend asking for help from the person near the entrance behind the counter. She's incredibly unhelpful and condescending when I asked some questions about their services. You'd think the person behind the information counter would actually be nice and helpful, but not at all. 

 Soured my cheery morning mood. 

 It was my first time in this Bunnings as well. They really need to improve their service. Selections of goods seems decent but I couldn't find an item and it seems I've arrived at a horrible time as all of them were having a meeting of some sorts in the cafe furniture section. 

Ended up coming out empty handed, what a waste of time.

Also can't tell if she was just a crappy person or racist. So be aware of that I guess.

Bought a Jumbuck Stradom 4 burner. 
BBQ gets 1 star. Bbq is fine - but plate seating area on hood had a massive convex dent (so perfect - it looked factory designed), and the plates wouldn't seat. 
Made the mistake of "Buy BBQ! Family come for dinner to celebrate! 6 year old starving while caveman assemble".

Brendan sorted us out, unpacked another BBQ to make sure I was happy, and swapped the defect out at the counter. 
Annoyed that the manufacturer let a factory defect get to market - but can't fault this Bunnings and their service - especially Bredan. 
Lifetime loyalty from me. Top stuff.

Ahh Bunnings. What would I do without you? Amazing team. Keep up the good work. New renovations brought about a bigger timber yard which is amazing. No longer have to drive to south oakleigh! Special shout out to the tool shop boys and girls. Always have my back when I'm stuck on how to do something!

Recently renovated with bigger nursery cafe etc.. staff are hit or miss. Depending on who you get some are helpful some are not so helpful. The ladies at the service desk could be moody at times as well.
