Complete Kitchens designed and installed our outdoor kitchen unit for us, and we are delighted. It is both beautiful and very practical, and by far the best value for money of all the companies we considered. We were looked after by Jennifer Reilly, and in addition to designing the perfect kitchen for us, she impressed us with her professionalism and attention to detail. An example: she asked us for the dimensions of the BBQ we intended to use with its lid OPEN, and pointed out that we would need a wider bench than anticipated. This hadn't occurred to us - and none of the other designers we had spoken to had considered it - and it turned out to be really important. Thank you!

Dealing with Complete Kitchens has been, from start to finish, one of the best customer experiences I have had spending a large amount of money on anything, ever. Firstly our wonderful, delightful and truly divine kitchen designer Jennifer Reilly was an inspiration. She has that rare skill of understanding our vision (not just pumping out a formula) and developing it from good to great. She also knows how to say no when she needs to with a wicked sense of humour. She threw in some cutting edge “firsts” for Melbourne and brought everything in on a tight budget. She went shopping for extras on her own time because, I got the feeling, she just enjoys doing it. I mean wow. The best collaborative experience I’ve had renovating ever, and this was not our first renovation. Really, a joy to deal with. Jennifer is backed up by a Melbourne factory team that builds a quality product with pride and, because it’s built here, it will be on time and can be pushed through faster if need be. Regardless of style (which we love) we are very happy with the quality of the actual product that we have received. Even the kitchen installer was happy to take my panicked call late on the night of installation and the following morning at 6am. And he was happy and reassuring. I was just panicking for no reason as it turns out. Nothing seems a problem for these guys. Highly recommended.

From the first moment we stepped into the show room and met Jennifer, we knew we had found the company to assist us in delivering the vision we had for our kitchen. It has come together so smoothly and we are delighted with the new kitchen and butlers pantry. A big Thankyou to Jennifer for her guidance. We couldn’t have done this without you. It was a pleasure to deal with Complete Kitchens.

We recently had our new kitchen designed and installed by Complete Kitchens. After initially visiting a number of kitchen showrooms and receiving three different quotes, we went with Complete Kitchens due to their helpfulness, creative ideas and cost competitiveness. Jennifer was exceptionally helpful, spending a lot of time designing and redesigning the layout to meet our needs. She was patient in working through every detail with us and providing her knowledge and creative ideas. Jennifer provided great suggestions as to appropriate materials and colour schemes and kept us informed of the newest products available which we then used. The final layout was a big change to our current kitchen but made much better use of the space thanks to her design. Complete Kitchens organised all the trades. I'd like to note that Victor removed our existing kitchen so carefully it could be sold and reinstalled. Except for one issue, all of the trades were excellent. The kitchen was installed on schedule with issues resolved quickly by Complete Kitchens. Our finished kitchen is a vast improvement on the original. Without the ideas provided by Jennifer I don't think it would have been so successful. I'd highly recommend Complete Kitchens.
