Blue Sky Windows - Double Glazing uPVC Windows & Doors in Melbourne

I had no idea you can hire someone that will come to your house and replace my screens at my home. My neighbor had mentioned that she just had a contractor out to do some warranty work done on her patio door and that he does numerous other door and window repairs. My neighbor and I had him come out and do hers and my screens the same day. He saved us both some money by not changing a service fee since we live across the street from each other and he did both of us the same day. Blue Sky is such a pleasure to do business with. They showed up on time and started to work on my neighbors screens and my boyfriend ran my screens over so he didn't have to setup again at my house. It cost me a lot less then I thought to have all my screens done. I trust Blue Sky and will have them back to replace the weather stripping around my front and garage access doors in the next couple weeks.

Blue Sky Windows - Double Glazing uPVC Windows & Doors service, highly recommended! I had two windows with broken and foggy glass panes and everyone I asked wanted to talk me into replacing the entire windows. they got it replaced my patio door screens at the same time. And noticed my door was sticking and fixed that as well and didn't even charge me anything. They are honest, super nice, and very polite. it was a pleasure to deal with.

Don't do it! shocking customer service! I had blue sky windows install my windows 4 years ago and have regretted ever since. Most recent issue is a malfunctioning locking mechanism that is under warranty. I have been repeatedly asking the company to come a fix for 4 months and am still waiting. 4 MONTHS WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO LOCK YOUR WINDOW! Windows are expensive and once these guys have your money they stop caring about you. Please shop elsewhere. Update: a techniton came to repair windows after 6 Months.

For all those who are thinking about upgrading and getting new windows and doors for your home, or if building a new home and requiring these items. A word of advice. Whatever you may think or decide stay away from the following business BLUE SKY WINDOWS for your own benefit and peace of mind. This company is hell itself and I do not wish to see anybody suffer or go through the same problems that I have experienced. In all my dealings with the business world, this business and the people who run it are the worst I have ever encountered. They are rude, arrogant and totally disrespectful to their clients. Once they have your money they do not have one care about you or their work. Their samples they supply are excellent and very convincing, but the moment they have your signature, you're at their mercy and they tread all over you. Their workmanship is such poor quality. Frames, doors and handles, everything you expect from the company - was installed with scratches, dents and markings. I'm not talking just one tiny little scratch here or there , but every single window frame was damaged with multiple scratches (10+ per frame) clearly visible to the naked eye. Then there was talks of contracts, and a 15 year warranty which I was told they would bring me when the work began, - and after I signed their little paper/disclaimer I saw no further paperwork materialise as promised. The whole business is a total fraud to what is offered compared to what you eventually receive. I was caught out, so please take note and do not get caught out as I did. I highly recommend that you do not even bother researching this business, but avoid it like the plague and scourge that it is. Do yourself a favour immediately and search out other business's immediately . . . I wish I had!
