The last time I went here I got what I needed but I was farewelled with abuse by one of the staff a younger male with a UK/Irish or similar accent after I paid with an American Express card and didn't first tell them this was going to be the case. Apparently they were supposed to charge me extra for this based on what I later found out, it would have amounted to about 20c. What a wonderful way to generate repeat business. :P It was almost as though the money was coming out of the guy's own pocket. The staff member was escalating the situation, so it's probably a good idea that I left instead of tolerating his behaviour to a point where I might have needed to call the cops.
The guys were super helpful when I ran into an emergency. Great guys here and the best customer for an emergency parts pick up on a Saturday! Adrian and Andrew - thanks heaps!
Went in for some washers and an O-ring. Got the washers. Was told that they dont have the O-ring that goes on the tap side of the hose connector. A little flabbergasted. Oh well, back to Bunnings.
went there this morning to see if I could get a mixer valve, must have been too early for the staff and managers, standing around in a group swearing in front of customers, wasnt very helpful with info either..... never going back there.. however the lady in the showroom was very friendly and polite
I went here to search for my broken pressure reducing valve PRV and looking at that the salesperson told me this is an old valve and company has stopped making it. He sold me another valve which was 2 times as expensive as what i was looking for. Lucky me, i called the manufacturer and asked them if they still sell these. They told me its now only stocked by Swan plumbing where i got the same. I dont mind buying an alternate one, but dont like getting mislead because someone intensionally gave me the wrong information.
