I visit Bunnings Springvale almost every alternate weekend because my two little ones absolutely love spending time in the kids’ DIY section. On our last visit, they had organised some beautiful Mother’s Day activities, and I was genuinely impressed by the effort and thoughtfulness behind it all.nnWhat makes the experience even more special is how warm, kind, and helpful all the staff are every single time we visit. It has become more than just a shopping trip for us — it’s quality family time and something my kids always look forward to. Thank you for creating such a welcoming community space for families.
Great Bunnings store with a huge range of products at competitive prices. I found everything I needed for my home renovation in one visit. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. Clean, well-organised, and easy to navigate. Highly recommended!
Great service from Javier in the tool shop - keeping the industry running
Bought a Makita hammer drill and impact driver set worth $750. The hammer drill broke one month after purchase. I returned it to be repaired and have not seen or heard anything about it in nearly 4 months now. I have called, spoken to the manager, been in store and spoken to 4 different staff members, all have promised me a call back on the drills whereabouts and nobody has made contact.nI am a builder and clearly require a drill to perform my work and the lack of communication or clarity around the repair of the drill has quite literally been non existent.
Just want to point out thatnI went into the shop and wanted a quick in and out. Asked 2 workers for an item which i have purchased from bunnings before. I was straight up told no they dont and they gave me a very judgemental look and sent me all through the storw which I did not go. Went to my car and got my phone came back to ask another work and immediately was told the isle and to be honest best help because it was not even close to where the other workers had told me.nUnbelievable that workers just say no they dont sell an item just because they dont have the answer
