Absolutely disgusting rudeness, only appears to be one person who runs this company , named Ronesh I believe. Products are of the lowest quality and hence the low price, I wasted money buying from this company , repairs cost me more than buying good quality would have, do not think it will not happen to you , with the garbage this company sells and his manner of dealing with polite customers he should have been out of business long ago . When you do a google search for TPIM his company you get a very revelant acronym....

Sorry no star, I had to put one in to post ,the rudest most uncooperative person I have ever dealt with , made a very significant purchase, tried to find out where my goods were only for the person on the other end of the phone to argue with me and then hang up. Most rude, arrogant, unreasonable person I have ever dealt with, do yourself a big favor and steer clear of this company. Also has a Ebay site known as tools not toys which has a perfect rating, I don't know how if it is run by the same people. Regards John

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Called inquiring about a piece of equipment and was told to get lost (in not so nice terms) and hung up on, TWICE!! I asked a simple question that wasn't answered on their website about THEIR product and was told "I don't know, you're the farmer, you should know". Their website says they have "experience sales personal" to assist and are always happy to speak with you. This is clearly not true and completely false advertising. Obviously business is so good they don't need any new customers! If you want to deal with an arrogant pig with zero customer service skills, use this company, otherwise stay away!

There actually is NO rating warranted as Not recommended under any circumstance, the rudest and most uncooperative business ever dealt with, no warranties, no instructions, no customer service what so ever.... BE WARNED!!! Product is not up to standard, does not adhere to ACCC business practices.

This would have to be the worst business do not under any circumstances deal with this company. Their products are RUBBISH, customer service NONEXISTENT, and the rudest people to deal with hanging up on you when you call to complain about the products, no idea how they are still operating
