Great store lots of products and their sales are a great time to shop to get a bargain. Staff are friendly helpful. Helps that Daniels donuts is right next door.
As a cosplayer I practically live in spotlight. They have something for everyone whatever your craft, the staff are always very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend becoming a VIP member as they often have good deals and discounts.
great store, has crafts and things to use when doing sewing to knitting and lots of fabric to choose from to a place where can order party balloons and dress up too. great customer service as well
Good store and the staff were mostly helpful, except for someone at the fabric cutting counter who didn't even acknowledge us waiting whilst she chatted away on the phone. A bit cramped compared to other Spotlight stores.
Is thinking like sports shop .. after Visiting is a home spotlight products.. Anyway nice to learn something home spotlight home bed and window cotton products..

I bought a pillowcase for my mom. Never opened it or anything and mom told me it wasn’t what she needed by looking at the size dimensions. Went to return it but the lady told me I couldn’t have. I hadn’t opened it at all. She was simply rude. I had such a bad experience going there. For something so simple they didn’t trust me. And I honestly felt like how terrible can a business be.
Misleading illustrations....BEWARE! I purchased a Logan & Mason Luxe Hotel Pillowtop Mattress Topper and l didn't get what was illustrated on the outside of the pack! Not happy Jan. Because the bedding was non refundable l'm stuck with it. Buyer Beware
Nice big store, lots of variety and can pick up a bargain at times.
Worse experience with this store , rude stuff specially the old lady in cashier, different price and description on the pillow , trying to cheat me for $5 , they couldn’t give the right answer for that, this store needs to work on its staff’s attitude with customers, and provide correct price and description for each item , not recommend to any one to visit this branch of spotlight,
