We were very impressed with Chrissy at Plush Springvale Home Centre. She was pleasant, patient and helpful, supplying us with all the information we needed for us to make a decision about which sofas and colours to choose. Today we returned to place an order and Chun was equally caring and helpful, taking time to explain everything to us in detail. We were happy with the price and we’re now looking forward to having some lovely new sofas

I bought a discounted rug from Plush Springvale. I am so pleased with the quality and size for the price. Chun the manager was fantastic in getting the rug ready for me before pick up. Thank you!

We are highly dissapointed with the Sofas bought from Plush. Our sales consultant lied to us in regards to many things including the fact that the way they feel in store is how they will feel at home. Once we received them, within weeks that had lost their cushioning in the seats. What Plush call a natural settling process makes the couches feel completely different. My mother and father in their 70's now can not even get off the couches as they have sunk so much. Customer service sent out two people to have a look, both telling us it's normal. Although one of the guys actually told us that the Plush are a poor quality sofa and he has to deal with this complaint all the time. Buyer beware!! Plush couches are rubbish and this is coming from their own people. You shouldn't have to lie to a customer to make a sale. I would not recommend buying couches from Plush. Their 50% discounts are on all year round to give a higher perceived value. Absolute rubbish. Never again will we buy from Plush. We have already spoken to customer care and it's the same response. It you really did care for the customer you would make the effort to contact me rather than looking to carefully manage your social profile with a carefully worded response. Customer care have told us that settling is normal. For a couch cushions to sink and give a different feel when sitting on it is shocking. And to give that feedback to senior citizens who now cannot even get off the couches because there hips sink into them so much is an absolute joke. You people should be ashamed of your selves. Even the manager Chun promised us he would look at a solution for us and then said he can't do anything. What a joke. If you really were sincere with your response below, you would make the effort to reach out and contact the consumer. But your response below is a shallow attemp at showing others that you take customer service seriously. And your fake reviews are terrible. At least put some effort into them to make them more believable. People see straight through fake reviews these days.

Thanks to the lovely team at Plush Springvale. I love my new ottoman. The amount of time the team took to help me pick the right fabric was wonderful. They were so patient and helpful.
