Great experience. Friendly staff. We greeted in a professional manner as we entered the store. The advise provided was great. We needed beds and a dinning setting. Good quality furniture at a great value. The team even organised for delivery and assembly which included box removal.

We were taken care of by Vince today at the Springvale store and he was great. Fantastic customer service, knowledgable and direct without being pushy. He was very happy to discuss different options to suit our needs. Couldn’t recommend him well enough!

Delivered the wrong component of a bed so we cannot put it together. The company knew it may not be the right part as they wrote in marker on the box "is this king or queen size?" Have called x 5 and submitted online request for help. No call back and no-one helping us at all. It has been 5 days and we still don't have a bed to sleep on. Terrible customer service.

Brilliant experience, store was easy to navigate and staff were very helpful but not pushy.  David particular was an exceptional sales person and went out of his way to help us and he followed up and got back to us really quickly.  As a result we went ahead with a sofa order.  Huge compliments to David.

Focus on furniture is hopeless .They delivered a Damaged table and try to prove it ,it is natural things and every wooden piece is comes different . But infact they dont want to accept their mistake .and I got huge loss bcz I bought from focus on furniture .......

Over the years I have furnished three homes with focus on furniture's products. I have no issue on the whole with the quality of there furniture but there service is less than something to be desired. The store staff never explain everything properly and the collection warehouse in Hallam is a joke. There collection times are ridiculous and when you have multiple orders they will not let you collect it once it has all arrived  i am not talking months i am referring to a two to three week delay between products arriving which is irritating and frustrating. I can safely say I will no longer purchase from Focus on furniture as it becomes more tedious with every interaction.

Do not trust them. I recives a faulty coffee table with too many scratches on it. Thier return policy is protecting their business not customers . They are selling low quality products with low limited time to return.

Gina was very helpful to assist me in my inquiry and expected delivery time of the products that I'm interested. Placed order and less than 2 weeks, I can arrange my delivery early May instead of mid May. Looking forward to receive them in good conditions and services.

Terrible customer service! Do not buy from Focus on Furniture.  We purchased a table and chairs as well as a bed frame. Unfortunately when the items were delivered, the bed frame did not fit up the stairs of our townhouse. It was placed back on delivery truck and returned to warehouse in its original packaging. We were told we could get a refund by the delivery drivers, we just needed to phone the store. At the time of delivery, the store was not open and I couldn't call to confirm this information.  We paid for premium delivery and install, and presumed this meant the incredible amount of packaging from the table and chairs would have been taken away. Unfortunately, there is a small line on the invoice that states they do not take away the packaging! We were never informed of this by the sales representative David, but rather led to believe premium delivery was just that, premium. In contrast, premium delivery from the Good Guys Springvale included rubbish removal.  3 weeks later and we are still waiting on a refund and been advised we will be charged a $100 restocking fee! After waiting 2 months for the delivery in the first place, i'm not quite sure why we are getting charged a $100 fee to "restock" something they never had in stock!  David and the manager at the Springvale store are rude and dismissive. I have NEVER received such disgusting customer service. David was extremely helpful when we made the purchase no doubt earning a commission but the moment we ask for a refund we were treated like an inconvenience and spoken to so rudely. The manager at the store was just as rude and I can only assume her staff take after her when it comes to customer service.  The sad fact is we intended to make further purchases at this store but will NEVER return and will be sharing our experiences with friends and family.

Very poor customer service. There is no coordination with the customers regarding the products. Ordered my furniture in January and still waiting for my replacement items. Have to call every time asking and no one calls you back. The store manager does not even bother to read your emails and call you back.
