Amazing products and amazing staff that get out of their way to assist customers. Yesterday i had to pick up a product and I was running late. Zainab (Springvale store) waited for me even after store closure so that i could collect it on the day. Thank you so much. The quality of the staff matches the quality of your products for sure.

Came to the store with my mother and my mom ended up buying a few decorative .  we would like to thank Clemence for her support through out the whole process and she was really patient with us. High class furniture with lovely staff. Highly recommended.

Store managers and staff are amazing. Excellent Customer service! The items got delivered safe and in time. I would highly recommend buying from Springvale store.

Very very Bad experience. the store staffs are nice. however, the back office/warehouse processing is sooooo bad....we purchased dining table, coffee table and sofa. The first delivery is on mid Jan (a raining day) and they sent us the wrong sofa (Also, the delivery guy didn't remove their shoes, and they just step to your new house & new carpet directly). we went to the shop and the staff advised they would replace the whole set for us. However, got the second delivery today and they didn't replace the whole set and just replaced the wrong parts which now caused colour variance...now been advised we need to wait another 2 weeks for whole set replacement with no compensation. The first delivery is on Friday and second delivery is on Tuesday. we had already asked leave for 2 times because of the stupid issue. I am actually thinking refund the sofa as $2000 budget for the sofa, I believe i have a lot of choices.

We bought some wonderful furniture and was served by the friendly Jeanie she was wonderful,very welcoming and very professional. However we did have a bit of an issue with delivery and we went and consulted Zainab, She was very helpful and handled things very professionally with the delivery company. And our furniture was delivered today beautifully and we can't wait to purchased more from koala and tree Springvale.
