Bought a bed frame during this new year sale, the staff still managed to give us a little bit of discount on top of the sale. Very happy with that. They are willing to spend a little bit of time to explain the customisation, picking timber stain and bed head, etc. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We were told the wrong things when we purchased our mattress. Things like how much we would love it and how much less we would be tossing and turning in our sleep. They basically told us a bunch of crap to sell the mattress. Getting them to provide a refund took almost 2 weeks and a letter to Consumer affairs. Finally they agreed but have only paid us half our money which has also taken a further 2 weeks. Apparently they cannot refund your money unless it is via a check. Which still has not arrived!
