A nice place to buy home goods at a good price. There’s a great range of items, and the prices are quite reasonable.nParking is fairly good, although it can get a bit busy at times. The food court is also nice with some tasty options to enjoy while you’re there. Another great bonus is the Friday deal for members at the food court, which makes shopping here even better.
So disappointed in the PAX wardrobe I recently purchased. I have found that they are now made of CARDBOARD, yes CARDBOARD! Stability areas such as where majority of screws etc are still strengthened with partical board , but the majority is honeycomb CARDBOARD!nHow do I know? A section slipped whilst assembling see pic and I noticed cardboard debris on drilling into another areanAt nearly $1000 for a basic setup with four drawers, this is an absolute disgrace, given the assembly is still completed by the buyer.
Most of the staff members look like they are bored or forced to work there. The checkout staff are rude, can barely say hello, please, thank you, how may I help you, come back again or any other sentence that showcases a touch of customer service.nnJudging from the perspective of a multi-cultural society, it seems that IKEA cannot hire staff that abide by some form of friendliness.nnIKEA staff are incapable of wiping floors. It's some kind of long lost magic to them. The 'restaurant' floor is filled with bread crumbs, the checkout is filled with litter.nnStaff are more concerned with spending time on their phones rather than serving customers.nnAll in all, people will shop here even though it's not that affordable as they portray it to be. Looks more like an upscaled flea market.
I like the Richmond IKEA much more than the Clayton one. Richmond seems so much bigger in the display area. Plus, we were very disappointed by the restaurant. We arrived and saw that it was just near the checkouts and was only selling hotdogs and cinabuns. We are there before going into he display area. Then we discovered that there in fact WAS a proper resteraunt on display floor area about halfway through. A very confusing layout. Richmond has access to the resteraunt as you arrive instore.
A spacious store, comprehensive selection of furniture and homewares. Efficient layout and ample parking, making shopping trips convenient. The in-store restaurant is popular for its affordable Swedish dishes, such as meatballs and cinnamon rolls. Child-friendly amenities, including a supervised play area and kid-friendly menu options.
