Should have read the reviews before ordering. The company is disorganized and uncommunicative. They didnt answer emails or return calls. They told us without a hint of irony that they had good news. They had a date for installation 4 weeks after the original date they never turned up on.

This is the most disorganised company I have ever dealt with. Pam is the only person on the phones who knows what is going on at all. The were late for every meeting, the sales rep did not email the quotes, not actual times were set or agreed. they cracked my shower tiles on removal of screen, but made no effort to repair or even assist in repair and have no tilers employed by the company to carry out the repair. My tenants were without shower for 1 month until I could find another tiler to repair the damage caused my regency. Now I am waiting for the final shower screen to be fitted and they just pencilled in the date but failed to notify when that would be and now we are waiting for them to show up and they tell me they have no actual person allocated to do the job. The property remains without shower, now 3 months, due to this company's mismanagement. The screen themselves are of good quality and it was purely due to having previous Regency screens that I went with this company. Never again. They can finish this job for me and I hope never to deal with them again. Thank you to Pam in administration, you deserve a medal for putting up with this company.

Absolutely useless company. Do not deliver on time. 6 weeks to make one screen and then I have to call THEM on the day to find out they screwed up, now have to wait another week. Stay right away from this mob... use anyone else.

Was looking for the sliding door parts replacement, and they told me I need to get the whole door replace... Not to mention the door itself was installed so user unfriendly.

No customer service skills at all, completely unhelpful with any queries with had.
