Outstanding service from the gentleman on the special orders desk /homewares area yesterday afternoon. He was obliging, patient and persistent in his good natured pursuit of a product for me.

I was looking for something on the website that said in stock at chadstone store, but when I went there, it was out of stock!! I was looking for a specific model so I had to find another time to head to another store. They should really make sure the info on their website is correct. Was very unhappy that I lost my day off wasting my time there.

Hired a van off Bunnings to move a few things. SO many hidden fees that we not articulated to me by the staff when taking on the phone and in person, but you can be sure we're in the rental agreement that was quickly passed to me to sign. Extra fees for mileage and tolls, including a $30 admin fee. Don't waste your time, go with my car your rental or someone with a van off gumtree and save yourself the money, time and infuriation.

My experience here was great. Store well laid out, friendly staff, the whole experience was very smooth. And there was even a sausage sizzle outside.

It's always exciting at Any Bunnings warehouse. But this place has a cafe that has divine coffee. It's a secluded peaceful space.
