Located on the sparkling Broadwater in Biggera Waters, we offer fully self-contained 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. With 66 apartments on the property with 2 pools, 2 spas, sauna, full size tennis court, BBQ area, gym, games room, billiard room and award winning restaurant onsite.

With a range of accommodation options to suit your budget, we’re sure you’ll find our facility suits your requirements.

We are approximately 15 minutes from Surfers Paradise and 15 – 20 minutes from the theme parks. We also have amazing shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

We are a family friendly resort, offering great facilities for children, including the calm waters of the Broadwater across the road and a fun games room onsite.

We stayed here for four nights — overall, it was okay for what you pay. The location is great, close to Surfers by car and with a beautiful beach just across the road. The café on-site was lovely, and breakfast was delicious.nnNow for the downsides — the place is quite old and run down. The main bathroom lights didn’t work, and the unit was smaller than the pictures made it seem. The TV remote needed new batteries, and we were only given enough towels for one night, so we had to wash and dry our own. No pool towels were provided, and the pool itself was much smaller than it looked online. The games room was okay but located in the basement and hidden.nnThere was no oven, just a cooktop, and only very basic utensils, which made it hard to cook proper meals. An air fryer would’ve been a nice touch. No rubbish bags or sponges were provided, and only one sachet each of dishwasher liquid and soap — not ideal for a four-day stay. There were also no basic condiments like salt or pepper, and we only got three single-serve sugar and coffee portions.nnOverall, you get what you pay for — it’s definitely not 5-star accommodation, but it wasn’t horrible either.

Lovely holiday unit we had the 2bed deluxe spa. Nice roomy spot with the  sliding doors on balconies let's through  a nice breeze. Unit was clean, everything was in working order spa, TV's, dishwasher, washing machine but take some of ur own supply's we opted not to get room serviced but ran out of dishwashing powder, shampoos etc. Nice view of water across the road a little further from surfers paradise then I like we were trying somewhere different from Broadbeach. Rooftop spa wasn't turning on but still good to sit or swim in the pool. Only downside to spot would be the gym says over 18s only and 2 of my children love to work out. Also parking is a bit tight but manageable.

We had a ocean view apartment, location is very good. Rooms require maintenance including dishwasher, washing machine etc. The Asian lady at the reception has no concept of customer service. We were not aware that they only service the apartment once vacated so you need to wash all towels, fill tea/sugar etc as this is only supplied once.nOverall good experience.....

Don't stay here.. This place has only self-service apartments no service provided to you, means you have to clean up by yourself and do everything else your self like you stay in backpackers.nnEverything is old and tired, dusty not good for people with Allergies, Asthma etc. some Furnitures broken. Ceiling fans are too close so be careful if you have kids. Only turn on when everyone is sleeping.nnThe fiji Indian lady at the reception / is very rude, not professional doesn't know how to talk to people. You don't want to approach her.nnWe saw cockroaches the place need a pest control.nnThere is only one Aircon which is in living room not in bedrooms.nnThey only provide dishwashing liquid and laundry powder once then you have to buy your own.nnSo the price you pay may look cheaper but its actually expensive considering the situation and no services provided at this resort.

I would strongly advise against staying at Atrium Waterfront Resort. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The lady at reception was incredibly rude and unhelpful, setting the tone for the rest of our stay.nnThe rooms themselves are dirty, run down, and in desperate need of maintenance. What’s worse is the blatant false advertising – half of the amenities they promote simply don’t work. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, the in-room spa was broken, and even the communal pool spa was out of order. The rooftop BBQ area, which is advertised as a highlight, wasn’t even accessible undergoing maintenance however we were never advised upon booking.nnTo make matters worse, the toiletries provided were laughable –  single 30ml bottle of shampoo,  body wash and conditioner, barely enough for one person for one night. When we asked for more, we were told we’d have to pay extra. For the price of the stay, this is unacceptable.nnOverall, this place is poorly managed, misleading in its advertising, and offers terrible value for money. Don’t waste your time or money here – there are far better options elsewhere.
