Located on the sparkling Broadwater in Biggera Waters, we offer fully self-contained 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. With 66 apartments on the property with 2 pools, 2 spas, sauna, full size tennis court, BBQ area, gym, games room, billiard room and award winning restaurant onsite.

With a range of accommodation options to suit your budget, we’re sure you’ll find our facility suits your requirements.

We are approximately 15 minutes from Surfers Paradise and 15 – 20 minutes from the theme parks. We also have amazing shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

We are a family friendly resort, offering great facilities for children, including the calm waters of the Broadwater across the road and a fun games room onsite.

It was an amazing experience. I spent 6 days with my family in a dulux apartment. It was really affordable. We got all the kitchen appliances including microwave, oven kattle, toaster, sandwich maker and much more kitchen utensils  I didn’t use though. We all had fun in the spa and pool area. We got washing machine with dryer in laundry. Everything was clean and well presentable. The location was perfect too as I got everything nearby. Yes it came with sea view . We got Jaccuzi in one of the shower areas. Highly recommended. Keep in mind it’s self service. You get all the amenities on the very first day which is fine if you are looking something affordable.

I would strongly advise against staying at Atrium Waterfront Resort. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The lady at reception was incredibly rude and unhelpful, setting the tone for the rest of our stay.nnThe rooms themselves are dirty, run down, and in desperate need of maintenance. What’s worse is the blatant false advertising – half of the amenities they promote simply don’t work. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, the in-room spa was broken, and even the communal pool spa was out of order. The rooftop BBQ area, which is advertised as a highlight, wasn’t even accessible undergoing maintenance however we were never advised upon booking.nnTo make matters worse, the toiletries provided were laughable –  single 30ml bottle of shampoo,  body wash and conditioner, barely enough for one person for one night. When we asked for more, we were told we’d have to pay extra. For the price of the stay, this is unacceptable.nnOverall, this place is poorly managed, misleading in its advertising, and offers terrible value for money. Don’t waste your time or money here – there are far better options elsewhere.

I agree with the reviews I've read so far. Fantastic location and pool is nice. However for what you pay, the spa on the roof top is not getting fixed, not in the 4 days I was there and there is no communication about it. The front desk reception is determined not to engage in eye contact, any banter and asking for a dish washing tablet on the last night of our stay was a big ask apparently, but I was obliged. There won't be enough towels for a group of just 4. There isn't aircon in the bedrooms, so expect to get hot & stuffy. Bring your own salt and pepper.

The location is great. However the reception staff had terrible manners. There was only a single air-conditioning in the living room. All other bedrooms had single ceiling fan which was hanging quite low near the bed. Any families with children will need to be careful not to hold their children too high as they might hit the fan. Many equipment was not working such as kitchen exhaust fan, kitchen lights. Highly do not recommend this accommodation.

I stayed in apartment room 6E and absolutely loved it! As soon as you walk in  you're greeted with an amazing waterfront view. The apartment was clean, modern, and spacious. Air-conditioning in every room.nThe location is great for a quiet getaway but still close to the Gold Coast action. Less than 10 minutes away from harbour town to do some shopping. The cafe downstairs was super convenient, yummy, and reasonably priced.nThe rooftop pool and spa had breathtaking views of the Gold Coast and sea.nnI do recommend bringing your own toiletries and towels. My first impression of the receptionist wasnt great but she ended up being lovely and helpful.nOverall it was a lovely stay!
